Raw Material Test

The foundation of products we manufacture lies in the superior quality of raw materials we source from the trusted manufacturer. Before the commencement of manufacturing, the incoming raw material is tested for MFI index and lot variation.

The moulds are intensively checked, inspected and serviced prior to production to ascertain defect less and best fit products. This meticulous process ensures that our products are robust, safe, and fit for their intended purpose.

Quality Control

Intensive Check

Our products diligently undergo numerous quality control tests that determines its credibility. During the production process, our products undergo drop test and are tested for physical defects, dimensions and wall thicknesses, weight, fitting of the closures and homogeneous mixing of the pigments.

Inspection and Intensive Check
